1.Brief Introduction:



Facing the low strength of corrugated paper,cardboard paper and bobbin paper which made from straw pulp and waste paper pulp,esp the non-ideal RCT of corrugated paper,we developed the new generation of ring crush strengthening agent JH-WY401 after kinds of efforts. JH-WY401 is a kind of polymer complex who can increase the CRT by 20% to 30%. The stiffness, smoothness, bursting strength, filler retention rate can be improved dramatically by using JH-WY401. Other related physical properties of paper can also be improved while gaining notable economic benefit.

3.Dosage&Application tips:



3.1Dosage:5kg to 8kg for each mt of absolute dry pulp



3.2 To add into proportioner which is are from flow box so that it will have enough time to disperse fully.



3.3 To weigh certain amount of JH-WY401 and add it into proportioner.It can be used in the paper-making process after stirring evenly.
4.Notes:



Appropriate addition and evenly mixing is necessary.The usage will not be influenced if the precipitate be stirred evenly.
5.Package,Storage&Shelf life time:



The package is 1000 Liters IBC drum.



The shelf life time is around 6 months.
