■ Description of Famous JS2000 Electric Concrete Mixer:

JS2000 mixer is composed of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supply, electrical and other parts. In addition to being used as a single machine, JS2000 mixer can also form a simple mixing station with pld1600 batching machine, and can also be used as a matching host of HZS50 mixing station.

JS2000 mixer has the following characteristics:

1. Mix well

The arc part of the mixing drum is welded. There are five kinds of lining plates in the mixing drum, which are all connected with the cylinder body with countersunk screws.

2. Compact structure

In order to ensure the sealing quality, a special oil supply device is set on the end face of the mixing drum.

3. Powerful power

The two output shafts of the reducer drive two horizontal mixing shafts through two pairs of open gears to rotate at the same speed.

4. Easy to operate

The electrical control system adopts imported international excellent components with complete functions, reliable performance and convenient operation.
